Car rental conditions
Receipt conditions. Driver’s age from 21 years old (driving experience from 2 years). The presence of an identity card and a valid driver’s license of an international standard, or of one’s own country, having a duplication of basic data into English.
The car is transferred to the client for temporary use under a rental / rental agreement. Car rental is carried out daily (24 hours), while payment for the entire rental period is carried out upon receipt of the car by the Lessee. The return of the car is carried out at the same point where it was received by the Renter, unless otherwise agreed with the representative of Rent4travel. We hand over the car to the client in good condition, with valid certificates of passing the technical inspection of the vehicle and checking the safety of gas-cylinder equipment (if installed on the car), with tires installed according to the season. The transferred car has a valid insurance package that fully covers the cost of repairing vehicles damaged as a result of an accident, as well as life and health insurance for the driver and passengers. The car is handed over in its pure form, fully filled with the appropriate fuel. By default, we complete the car with a “travel kit”, including a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher, an emergency stop sign, and a car pump. Child restraints – car seats are available upon request.
Return conditions. The car and its integral parts (including the equipment included in the “travel kit”) are returned by the client after the expiration of the rental / rental period in good condition, without significant visual and technical defects that cannot be attributed to the “natural wear and tear” of the equipment. The car is returned in a clean condition, fully filled with the appropriate fuel. The return of the car is carried out after the expiration of the period specified in the contract, at the same time at which it was received for use. In case of a delay of more than 2 hours with the representatives of Rent4travel, the tenant pays the cost of an additional day of rental.
Conditions for renting tourist equipment
Receipt conditions. To rent tourist equipment, you must have an identity card with a duplication of basic data in English.
The equipment is transferred to the client for temporary use under a rental / rental agreement. The equipment is delivered in good condition. Small equipment (tourist backpacks, sleeping and kitchen items, lanterns, etc. are transferred only as part of ready-made camping / trekking kits, as well as when renting a car.
Return conditions. The equipment is returned by the client after the expiration of the rental / rental period in good condition, without significant visual and technical defects that could be attributed to “natural wear and tear”. The return of the equipment is carried out after the expiration of the period specified in the contract, at the same time at which it was received for use. In case of delay not agreed with representatives of Rent4travel, each hour of delay is paid in the amount of 10% of the cost of the daily rental of this equipment.
Payment
When pre-booking to reserve your chosen vehicle and/or equipment, you must pay the cost of one day of rental of this equipment as a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, the remaining amount is paid upon receipt of the vehicle and/or equipment. You will receive the REFUNDABLE deposit made in full upon timely return of the car and / or equipment and the absence of visible visual and technical defects that could be attributed to “natural wear and tear”.
Controversial points
Any additional rental conditions and equipment features not taken into account in the standard form of the contract can be reflected in the “Additions” clause of the rental agreement as agreed by the parties and at the time of the conclusion of the agreement.
In cases of damage to equipment and equipment, the client undertakes to compensate for the cost of repairs, which is calculated individually for each case, taking into account the degree of damage and the cost of the damaged equipment.
The organization Rent4travel reserves the right to refuse the client to provide services without explaining the reasons.
